Great choice for trip. The breakfast with amazing home made cakes. Amiable staff on reception and elsewhere. Unbeatable location in Central district just next door to the main square, restaurants and things to do and the Central Train station. Also, in an area we were comfortable with...

My mother and I truly enjoyed being there. The breakfasts here were marvelous and perfect with fresh cakes and an assortment of homemade cake prepared by the owner's mom, for example. The staff was welcoming and nice with local information. The hotel had a very central setting near the main square of Naples.

We recently stayed at a charming B&B in Italy. B&B Vico Milano 18 was a clean, modern, and well-decorated property. the spacious rooms and newly renovated bedroom and bath were beautiful. the fifth-floor location was not an issue as there was an elevator, which is uncommon in Italy. the hostess, Marica, was incredibly friendly and even provided us with coins for the elevator. On our departure, she surprised us with some delicious pastries.
We highly recommend this B&B and would gladly book it again if we return. Cons: Nothing to dislike!

The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. , the host was very friendly and helpful in giving us recommendations for places to visit in the area.
The location was not ideal as it felt unsafe, especially in the evening. the surrounding streets were busy and chaotic, making it difficult to navigate and find the hotel.
